This program is curriculum based with professional USSF/international trainers managing every session and will focus on getting players ready for the fall 2008 season.

 

Along with ball handling skills players are introduced to basic and fun plyometric, conditioning exercises as part of each session. These exercises are designed to improve balance and coordination. Young players interested in playing the goal-keeper position will receive individual, basic introduction during each session by our professional goal-keeping training staff.
