SPI trainers, experts in the field of youth development, use modern teaching techniques to prepare players for the upcoming season. Along with ball handling skills players are introduced to basic and fun plyometric, conditioning exercises as part of each session. These exercises are designed to improve balance and coordination. Players will be grouped by age and experience.
